Conservancy Manager
Ishaqbini Hirola Community Conservancy is situated in Ijara
district, North Eastern Province and comprises of three locations of
Hara, Korisa and Kotile.
The conservancy in partnership with Northern Rangelands Trust is
seeking to recruit an exceptionally high calibre, self-driven and
results oriented Conservancy Manager.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- At least Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or community development.
- A minimum of seven years relevant post qualification work experience.
- Demonstrated fundraising skills and achievements.
- Good financial management and computer skills.
- Excellent people management skills and experience.
- Good report writing skills.
- Demonstrated donor handling skills and experience
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability and experience in working in hardship areas.
